Making requesting reviews easier is always a focus with GatherUp and this month’s webinar reinforced a long-standing, but underutilized request feature. We launched a small feature to our interface called Quick Links to make accessing your Feedback URL and TextBack number easy.
We covered how the Feedback URL can be used in numerous ways when interacting with a customer to help generate a review. We hope this section of the webinar offers a lot of ideas you can implement.
