Then direct them to our website Contact page.

There are two types of questions; those that are “quick questions” that add attributes to a listing that are being asked and answered by Local Guides and those that are part of the Knowledge Panel feature “Questions and Answers”.

The former shows up as attributes on a listing (i.e. like the icons you see on restaurants when they have high chairs).

The later was just introduced in August of 2017 and only recently started appearing on the desktop. These, because they are longer, and can appear directly on the Knowledge Panel are much more dangerous.
