This way if someone has any hesitation, we can get it on the spot and help them through the process if they have any questions (up until the point where they start typing, from there we let them be). But of the suggestions you’ve provided, I think including Zapier, email reminders, and a general process for requesting reviews will dramatically increase our return on (time) investment.

John- Thanks for the comment. The completion rate is definitely not lower. In sending millions of feedback requests we see the law of averages at work. In the coming weeks we hope to share some of our initial stats on SMS engagement, but early signs show it’s very helpful for increasing response rates as well as open rates.

Is the completion rate lower than email though? I could see people being annoyed they received the text message and not following through.
