Hi Rob- Thanks for the comment and question. The answer is “no”, you don’t have to use or add any survey questions. The 2nd step will just be the opportunity for the customer to leave text feedback (1st-party reviews) for your business. Survey questions always have and always will be optional, so just don’t add any to keep things the way you want them. Thanks!

The current set up (legacy) seems to work fine for us (occasional bugs aside) and we have no need to ask any survey questions. It would be better for us if the second page was just for feedback only.
