It was an absolute pleasure getting your expert opinion on this and having it backed up by plenty of data and science. We work with many local financial firms – accountants, bookkeepers, tax filers, real estate lawyers, etc. These professionals are often actively involved in their communities and their reputation means everything to them. At the same time I’m constantly amazed by how many well established firms have only a small handful of reviews online. Some of these folks have been in business for 10-20 years or more, but you’d never know it by looking at their online reviews! Their years of stellar customer service isn’t apparent online because they haven’t done anything about it. What a huge opportunity for established and growing financial professionals!
