If they don’t focus on their customers and their customer’s experience they will not survive. Consumers want to use a business that provides top quality service and if a business is unwilling to address the root of the customer’s complaints they will be out of business as their customers will go elsewhere. I am excited for the gang of GatherUp for 2019. Some serious ambitious goals and I can’t wait to see how it plays out.
